Order Processing

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are typically available immediately after purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the platform used for purchase.

Custom Apparel & Personalized Products

Custom apparel, personalized merchandise, and made-to-order items require production time before shipment. Processing times may vary based on order volume, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped, when applicable.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Digital Download Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.

This includes:

  • Printable planners

  • Checklists

  • Guides

  • eBooks

  • Templates

  • Digital resources

  • Free downloads

Once access has been granted to a digital file, we cannot verify whether the file has been downloaded, copied, stored, or shared.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All digital products, including free downloadable resources, are provided as-is and are not eligible for:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations after delivery

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a file, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Custom Product Policy

All custom and personalized products sold through BallerMom2026 and 4Y Family Design are created specifically for each customer.

Prior to production, customers will receive design proofs, mockups, artwork previews, or approval opportunities when applicable.

Because custom items are reviewed and approved before production:

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Custom products are not eligible for:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations after final approval

This includes:

  • Custom shirts

  • Team apparel

  • Personalized supporter gear

  • Custom graphics

  • Custom digital designs

  • Personalized merchandise

  • Special-order products

Customer approval serves as confirmation that all names, numbers, colors, sizes, spelling, and design elements are correct.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
